Article 10 of the constitution of Malaysia:
Subject to Clauses (2), (3) and (4) —
(a) every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression;
(b) all citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and without arms;
(c) all citizens have the right to form associations.
Malaysia has a law for freedom of speech which the citizens of Malaysia can’t exercise that right unless they are UMNO members. If they are an UMNO members they are allowed to break multiple of laws and still be able to walk around freely. How disgusting is that?
Hate speech is still a freedom of speech. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions about things and whoever. Who are you to stop anyone from expressing their own ideas. If you UMNO members cant stand the feeling of being ridiculed due to your own wrongdoings then you change yourself for the betterment and not forcing other people to shut their opinions. Its not your right. You are not above the law UMNO.
Being arrest on the count of sedition? For a cartoon and comics people are being arrested. Najib is not a god. He can be criticized. He is a leader and a weak one at it. You dont get extra pahala for chanting and breaking other people propeties or acting like a gangster in the name of Najib which by the way that already count as multiple law breaking and like always the police will turn one eye blind. I think the poloce department nee to study again about law. Until they know the laws like they know their beloved Najib then only they are allowed to go on duties.
The truth is this. I think those UMNO people knows the comics are talking about the truth. Like always the truth hurts. When peoplw of wrongdoings knows they are wrong and they hurt by the comic for being blatantly honest, they will automatically become a defensive mechanism. Push the truth away and it’ll hurt less!
Again! Najib He is not god he is not prophet. He is a human who like to keep his balls tightly in between his legs. He definitely deserve to be criticized. If you can’t handle the heat then get out of the kitchen Najib.
